Refunds & Returns Policy

At FOLIGAIN® Australia, we take pride in the quality of our products and the service we provide. While we hope every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your first purchase—or wish to return an item due to a change of mind—simply contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund under our 100% Money-Back Guarantee. Learn more in our Satisfaction Guarantee policy.

 


 

Returns

  1. To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team at sales@foligainaus.com with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, our team will provide return instructions. All returns must be approved before being sent back.

  2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and products must be in their original condition and packaging. Items returned in unsuitable condition or outside our Satisfaction Guarantee may not qualify for a refund.

  3. Please ensure your return is securely packed and sent via a trackable shipping service. FOLIGAIN® Australia cannot refund items that do not reach our warehouse.

 


 

Replacements

  1. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at sales@foligainaus.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Please include your full name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item, packaging, and LOT number (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement, and in some cases provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

 


 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll issue a refund for the original purchase price (shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error). 

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once complete. Store credit may be offered as an alternative on a case-by-case basis.

 


 

Exclusions

This policy applies only to items purchased directly from foligain.store. We cannot process refunds or replacements for products bought through third-party retailers such as Amazon or other marketplaces. Please contact the seller directly.

Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for a return or refund.
