If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll refund the cost of your first opened product. If you ordered multiple items, you may keep the first one on us and return any additional unopened products for a refund.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns must be initiated within three weeks of approval from our Customer Service team and shipped back to our warehouse at your expense with a valid tracking number.

FOLIGAIN® Australia reserves the right to deny a return if the guarantee is found to be misused. For assistance, please contact our team at sales@foligainaus.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Change of Mind

We understand that you may occasionally change your mind after making a purchase. If so, you’re welcome to return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

To be eligible, items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Returns for change of mind are subject to approval, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

This policy also applies to subscription orders that are not cancelled or skipped before processing.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery at sales@foligainaus.com. To help us process your claim quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the affected item

• The packaging/box it came in 

• The product’s LOT number (found on the base)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange either a refund or replacement, and if necessary, provide a free return shipping label.
